SINGAPORE, 15 OCTOBER 2020 – Singapore football fans can now watch live matches of the English Football League (EFL) Championship and Carabao Cup, after agreements were reached to broadcast fixtures throughout the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons.
More than 170 selected EFL Championship and Carabao Cup matches are expected to air on Singtel’s pay-TV and OTT platforms. Singaporean fans can catch the games on mio Sports Channels 111-113 on Singtel TV and CAST app (cast.sg/sportsplus).
For Indonesian fans, selected EFL Championship games will be aired on Champions TV (Pay-TV), RTV (Free to air) and Vidio (OTT).
The deal, initiated by Singapore-based sports agency Reddentes Sports and the English Football League’s official global distributor, Pitch International, will allow fans to catch the likes of Watford, Reading, Cardiff City and Derby County in action as they fight for promotion to the English Premier League (EPL).
In the Carabao Cup, exciting quarter-final fixtures such as Arsenal vs Manchester City and Everton vs Manchester United will keep Singaporean fans at the edge of their seats.
